Hello.

I discovered some redundant acronym expressions that LT cannot detect.

So, I want to add some new correction rules about these expressions to grammar.xml.

Can I just add the rules to the xml file by myself(after testing) and make a PR on GIthub?

or, should I follow any procedure to add them?
