The server was down for a few hours yesterday (11/15/2016) from 2-4:30pm PST and I was unable to use the LanguageTool plug-in. Is this a normal occurance? If so, how frequently does this occur?

The server was running and answering requests, but our uptime checks confirm there was an issue. This must have been a network issue affecting only some users. This should be very rare.
